Today our first grade scholars had the exciting opportunity to listen to the book How to Be a Pirate, read by our very own school board member, Steve Moss. Our scholars shared lots of laughs as they imagined what it would be like to live like a pirate! 
We are so thankful for community leaders who take time to read with our scholars and help make learning fun. Experiences like this inspire a love for reading and create memories our scholars will treasure!
